POSN78BI combines N-TOPCon half-cell technology with a double-glass bifacial structure in six power ratings from 635W to 660W. The larger 156 half-cell platform gives importers and distributors a high-output family for utility and large-format module portfolios.
The series reaches up to 23.61% module efficiency, supports a 1500 V DC system voltage, and publishes a 15-year materials and workmanship warranty together with a 30-year linear power warranty.
