How POSON handles website enquiries.

This notice describes the data flow currently used by the public POSON website.

Information submitted through the enquiry form

The form collects your name, company, country, email address, optional WhatsApp number, product interest, optional estimated quantity, message, consent and website language.

How POSON uses this information

POSON uses the details to store and respond to your enquiry, prepare relevant product or quotation follow-up, notify the configured sales contact, reduce abuse and avoid duplicate submissions.

Storage and email notification

The enquiry is first stored as a private record in POSON's WordPress sales-inquiry system. The system then attempts to notify the configured sales email. Website acceptance confirms storage and provides a reference; it does not guarantee inbox delivery or a commercial response.

Anti-abuse and technical processing

The enquiry service derives pseudonymous rate-limit keys from connection and email data. Raw IP and email values are not written into those rate-limit keys. Hosting and security providers may separately process technical request data in their operational logs.

Cookies and analytics

A language-preference cookie may be stored for up to one year so the site can return the selected language. The current public site does not load an external analytics tag.

Retention and your requests

The website does not automatically delete stored enquiries. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing ethan.chow@poson.net. POSON will assess the request against applicable operational and legal requirements.

Service providers and external links

Website hosting, security and email providers support the enquiry process. Links such as WhatsApp take you to a third-party service whose own terms and privacy practices apply.
